Trained as a data scientist in education and healthcare, Minda believes in the power of bringing people together to do caring work and personally develop themselves while making positive impact. She discovered her passion for community-driven impact while doing her first triathlon, and while serving seniors and disabled folks after multiple disasters, including as a traumatic brain injury patient during Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
