With nearly 30 years of experience in advocacy, Minda founded The Co-Caring Initiative to train people in mindfully making an impact through highly effective collaboration and partnership, after working with thousands of people and organizations for health and humanitarian efforts such as NYC Health + Hospitals to improve patient safety and the U.S. State Department to coordinate support during the Afghan refugee crisis. She shared the mission of co-caring to the United Nations General Assembly in 2019. LinkedIn

Yama is an Afghan-American who arrived as a refugee to the U.S. at the age of 11. Yama graduated from Harvard Business School, and now has over a decade of national and international banking experience in compliance and regulatory matters in Afghanistan. He has acted as a subject matter expert to Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB), Afghanistan central bank, in regulatory policy development. LinkedIn
